Mar 24    Leagues may have first regular season game

Apr 1    Charter amendments due with charter fees and proof of medical/liability insurance and spectator insurance and financial banking report

Apr 15    Scholarship applications due to Corporation

May 1    All Star selection process due to Districts and Corporation for approval

Jun 13    Last day of regular season play

Jun 16    All Star practice may begin

Jun 18    All Star Roster listing All Stars and Alternates, if any (due by midnight to Corporation)

Jul 3    Opening Ceremony for All Star Tournament

Jul 4-6   All Star Tournament (OSO - Corpus Christi)

Aug 31 (2011)   Last day to submit rule changes

Aug 31    Roster of elected local league officials for upcoming year due to Corporation

Sep (2011)    Special Corporation meeting for rule changes

Sep 30    Leagues MUST close financial statements and records for the year

Oct 31    Financial statements and records due to Corporation

Elections:  Nominations for Corporation Board due to Nominations & Election Chairman prior to July 1.  Nominations must submitted by District representatives.  Ballots must be mailed to voters 14 days after July 1,  Ballots to be returned to Chairman prior to August 1.

Rosters:    A Corporate fine of $100 will be assessed to Leagues who have not turned in their Rosters be the due date.  Leagues will also be barred from inter-league Teenage play and the All Star Tournament if Roster is not in and all fines paid.  A District fine of $100 will also be assessed if the Roster is late, and $50 every two (2) weeks thereafter until the Roster is turned in.

Financial Reports:  If Financial Reports are not submitted by October 31, a $15 surcharge will be assessed to the League on their charter fee. The next 15 days thereafter a $30 charge will be added.  For each additional 15 day period thereafter, a $15 charge will be assessed.
